About EKSAQ

EKSAQ (Education, Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Aptitude and Abilities for Qualification) is skill development initiative of Kovida Ltd. with focus on introducing and implementing 12 sector oriented CBSE skill education courses at +2 level (classes XI and XII).

The courses pave the way for higher education (college) / career pathways. The courses will be conducted in spacious (850 sft) rooms with state of the art technology. EKSAQ will have labs and classes blended together to provide seamless learning experience.

Mrs. Renuka Raju's philosophy

K. Renuka Raju has a Masters in Education from the College of Education and Allied Professions, University of Toledo, Ohio, USA. As founder of Lotus Learning Systems Society, she owns and manages 5 CBSE affiliated schools in Telanga State and Andhra Pradesh under the brand name Lotus National School. She is the Chairperson and Managing Director of Kovida Ltd, a 21 st century knowledge, training, skill development, and research and publication company in the K-12 education sub-system in India.

She strongly advocates convergence of three Government of India policies for life cycle approach to education to improve India’s HDI ranking:

  • Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Policy 2013
  • National Education Policy (NEP) 2016
  • National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) Policy 2013

Her entrepreneurial initiatives have resulted in her taking the lead in introducing 12 sector oriented CBSE skill education courses at + 2 level (classes XI and XII). She believes that it is important to equip youth with employability skills to address the challenge of skills gap and harness the benefits of India’s demographic dividend.

Renuka Raju has published several books and articles on 21 st century transformation, system strengthening for quality education and skills, primary school readiness, college and career readiness and preparation, cadre development etc.
